An extremely unreliable service. On several occasions the app has displayed false information, leading to schedules being ruined by the inconsistent timetable. Trains that leave 5 minutes earlier than what's said on the app, trains arriving 10 minutes later than shown and no info at all in some cases become so common to the point where I felt compelled and obligated to make this review. I would give this app 0/5 if I could.

Are you able to provide an example of this so we can investigate? We update automatically with all the latest data from all transit operators every night, so we should always be up to date. We wonder if this might be a misunderstanding (e.g. TripView showing an indirect route from a different platform, when you're expecting a direct trip, etc)

Just downloaded the app after having used it years ago with no issues. App immediately closes when trying to open it, unable to use it at all. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app and is now working with no issues.

Can be accurate at times. More an issue with the trains rather than this ad filled app. Free version doesn't remember locations even when you leave the app open and simply lock your screen.

Do you have an example of a case where it wasn't accurate? We've updated with all the latest data provided by all transit operators. If you think you've found a data issue, please let us know, and we can raise it with the operator who supplied the data. The lite version doesn't save trips. This is a feature of the paid version.
