I don't blame TripView The bus that I catch from the station to my house (558) barely comes in the middle of the day with TripView saying how late it ia until a pojnt where it says that it was on time. The bus that I catch to the station in the morning rarely on time which doesn't allow me to catch the 7:27 train from Lindfield to Hornsby. Trains rarely have this problem. Please take this complaint into regard. Thank you.
If I had a dollar for every time a tram doesn't actually appear at the time Tripview says it should, or the app says the next tram goes to the city instead of terminating halfway, I could almost afford a car. I wouldn't call it real time information so much as a guesstimation. It's more accurate if I tell you to just walk to the tram stop and wait for a bit. Hopefully these are just early teething issues with Melbourne because these issues never occurred using it in Sydney.
Too dear for pro, too nerfed for lite As the title says, great app but at over $4 to just _not_ delete my one train is just too dear. And it's just too useless without it. I had full intentions of buying the pro version until I saw the price.
Needs Real Time Data This could be a great app but the shortage of real time data is a flaw. Ive wasted so much time waiting for no show buses that an app like this should warn me about ahead of time. Wont pay for the premium until that has been fixed. Your timetable on bus routes 360 361 is completely different to the timetable published on the stands.
Great It works fine, although others may have experienced different experiences where it hasnt. Getting from school to my house has never been easier. Although i have only used it from these two stops, i have occasionally used it for central too.
Not worth paying for. I did that. Several times now, I've had this app tell me a bus had already come when it hadn't. On the paid version as well - i had it on my iphone before this. Not that there should be a difference. A serious pain. Also, to not include a 'from my location' option is just stupid.
- Fixed an issue where selecting vehicles on the rail map sometimes didn't work.
- Fixed overlapping source & destination suburb names on small screens.
- Removed unused permissions for accessing external storage. These were only ever used for writing crash logs, and are no longer required.
- Updated to the latest version of Google Play Services.
- TripView now requires Android 4.0 or higher.
