To install ElecTwin app, a smart phone/tablet with Android operating system is needed. For expected functioning of the app, minimum 128 GB memory is also needed. The supported Android OS are _ to _
The app user is required to be pre-registered @ portal.vbtantra.com by an Administrator. The verified digitizer on successful login, will have access to the assigned projects for digitizing the Assets.
The digitized assets reside in the device unless explicitly synched by the Digitizer. The app has 'Dual Sync' functionality for collaborative working of Digitizers working in a plant at a given point of time.
The logged in Digitizer's session in the mobile app is active unless explicitly 'Logged out'. The Digitizer to take utmost care for Synching the Digitalized data to server at the least Once a Day, without which there is possiblity of data loss, if logged out intentionally or unintentionally.
The digitizer login on more than ONE device tends for unSynched assets data.
