Ratings and reviews

The app just deleted nearly a month's worth of my billings. I was told that this was because of 'sync issues' between the phone app and the web app. Nothing was backed up and they told me to just re-enter all the info. They apologized for the trouble. Save yourself the time and headache - I can't recommend this app. Update: Pretty cool that they actually take feedback from users. Haven't experienced any further issues since. I quite enjoy the label snap feature. Quite a convenient app.

App generally works well, but sometimes it just keeps saying that it is uploading pending claims but never does. Pretty frustrating to have to delete and redownload the app altogether.

Crashes.. hard to use app.. I deleted it.. Became more expensive after they controlled Md Billing.. so i ended up moving to Intelagent which will remain free for self service forever... They thought they now can comtrol the market after controlling MDbilling
