Decent ride but not good for foreigners. Easy enough to sign up and book a ride by putting in your destination and pick-up. To sign up you need a phone number for SMS (not WhatsApp) - the number can be international but you must have an active phone plan. Also I'm not sure if it's the app or our driver but they could not find our exact location. If you are not Vietnamese make sure you have some basic direction words in case they call you. Price was competitive with Grab, and picked up fast!

Latest update is not well thought thru. 1. After update,all saved location is lost. 2. When choosing to travel to a saved location,it will show as pick up location. 3. Taxi colour no longer show colour in English even though language setting is English. 4. After booking, the tab to show journey is no longer active on main page, need to go into activities page.

Nice cars and smooth BUT: 1. Most drivers has no idea of locations etc and badly oriented on map. 2. App especially after last update is awfull: no cars show on map; bad geo tag; numerous bugs with card payment; numerous bug with chat and other communication channel inside app; awfull user interface.
