I have played this app since it started. I don't spend a bunch of money, but I like to play the games. I used to win occasionally, but since latest update, the games never pay anything. I have put money on a game, and not even gotten a free win or a dollar. Just not fun anymore. Kentucky lottery has gotten so greedy. And I know, they will say it is a game of chance, no guarantees. but c'mon guys, a little bit of fun keeps people playing. I am done...no fun!

Waist of time. In personal experience (Negative) Here's why... first off was unable to upload any of the needed information. Regardless of multiple attempts. Even after any & all "successful" inter actions to access. Which only redirected such immediately right back to the start. Even after calling customer support and changing the settings in order to be able to scan scratch offs. Therefore wasn't successful nor able to play any games unfortunately. Nor able to successfully scan any tickets.

Horrible!! The only thing I like are the up to date graphics. The look is modern and very nice. However, changing the amount the users can wager is a bad idea. Although it'll increase the payouts, it definitely lessoned how much I'll play with real money. And we're no longer able to save our numbers as favorites, which I dislike. I've been playing since we played for points to buy items with the points. On top of that, if seems like forever since I've been awarded bonus bucks.
