Honestly don't know if I hate the app or the website more. Neither ever seem to work to full functionality. It took me about 10 tries to put money on my account when I installed it. It frequently logs me out when I'm in the middle of using it. Got some scratch offs for christmas and can't get the scanner to work (Constantly giving me error messages). It's just kind of a train wreck overall.

Don't play their online instant games in the app. They are somehow cheating through their geolocation check. Every response from customer service claims they fixed it, but it continues and constant losing streaks in the games. Win once and you get the error, then it's loss after loss. Hopefully somebody will eventually prove that everyone on these reveiws reporting the same problem is right. They think because it's a digital problem they can play dumb and get away with it.

Beyond frustrating!! Both the app and website version crash CONSTANTLY!! Usually, right after you've won a bonus, but other times just every other spin. I have emailed them numerous times and it took months for them to get back tk me. When they did, no explanation and no solution or even mention that they're working on a solution...just here's a $5 bonus for all your trouble. How in the world do people "win" anything when it gives an error for geo location non stop???
