can't scan tickets without a membership. that was the main reason why I downloaded it. Since nobody else bothered to mention this important piece of information in their reviews I will. I just wanted to be able to check my tickets without going to the store. but you have to have a membership to check your tickets. with all the complaints about it not storing your login. I am absolutely not going to bother and uninstall this app as soon as I write this review.

This app is absolutely terrible. The error messages are constant. As someone else said in another review, the website is just as bad. I'm sure it has something to do with ensuring no one wins. You will be able to play the instant play 5 to 6 times and then you get an error message and have to log out to make the error messages stop.

Beyond frustrating!! Both the app and website version crash CONSTANTLY!! Usually, right after you've won a bonus, but other times just every other spin. I have emailed them numerous times and it took months for them to get back tk me. When they did, no explanation and no solution or even mention that they're working on a solution...just here's a $5 bonus for all your trouble. How in the world do people "win" anything when it gives an error for geo location non stop???
