Worst possible service by Fluff Air! They not only lost my baggage but are so inefficient that they are unable to track if it even boarded the flight. In this age of digital tracking this is inexcusable. My first and last time flying with this airline. There are better carriers in the region, pick them instead.

Worst.. Falcon Flyer Program is the worst. I completed my travel in Dec 25 but my miles and tier points are still not credited? In spite of send feed backs and claiming miles it's not getting credited. And in spite of endless calls to customer service they are of no help. And the more worst part their mobile app is not working?

This Airlines doesn't care about their passengers. I don't recommend this airlines for expatriates. They are corrupt and they don't return the terminal fee which supposed to be refunded to us and when you approach their customers service they point you in every department and no one will reply properly on your queries.
