one of the worst apps I have ever used I cant check my seat ir change it, can't change my flight, and some other buttons are just for show this apps only use is to check the flight status

very difficult to operate. wasted around 1 hour just for check-in. chat service not working.

Really no help. Its very difficult to obtain booking details (due to errors and bad interface). When you/if you manage to, it will not allow you to access or save your boarding passes - you have to be given these at the check-in desk.... Furthermore you have to re-enter your details everytime you want to view something. An airline of this caliber really needs a better app.
