I got the app, but can't do anything with it! It tells me to go here to get the app. So I do, and see I already have it. So I click Open, and it brings me back to the app page that tells me to get the new app!! Frustrating!! I need to add a purchase receipt that was never credited to my account, yet don't see how. Also, last visit, the store had no tofu, so I walked out. I'm vegan. I want vegan protein.

Straight forward ordering app without glitches. good restaurant. however the reason for the low rating is the rewards section, which has no way for us to know how many points are needed to earn certain rewards.

WITHOUT ANY WARNING, my access to the app and my accumulated rewards were unilaterally rescinded by a mandatory app update that is "incompatible with [my] device". Frustrating at best and a deceptive consumer practice at worst. 1. Apps can be updated to accommodate an older OS or 2. at least customers should be warned well in advance to allow them to upgrade their device or use their credits. My other food apps (e.g. Tin Drum, Moe's), are updating without evicting me as a customer.
