The UI is very simple and easy to use. The navigation is easy and the widgets on the dashboard is clean. My company used it for employee engagement and it worked well. It feels great to see the gift card is pending to redeem. Just one thing though - once the card is redeemed it should automatically update on the dashboard which doesn't happen currently. Overall, a brilliant app

The latest update basically broke everything. Half of the views don't display properly and extend way past the edge of the screen. In order to even use the app at all, I need to hold my phone sideways, and then with the excessively large header and footer, I have a tiny sliver of a window through which I can interact with things.

I think Guusto is a nice program and my workplace uses it for fun incentives that really inspire us to participate, would definitely look into using this myself to give to colleagues/friends. They offer so much! I do think customer service could tone down the frequency of emails, I was just busy and did not have time to get to it, but if that's my only downside, then I really don't think there's a real issue with Guusto.
