they have a loop you can't get passed. you need a code and when you go get the code you have to get a new one. Just another way to keep it from you.

very difficult to use the app will not download and it keeps stopping trying to use

Who designed this? I can't login on the app because the 'remember me' is inside the password area (Android Samsung S23 )therefore when clicking on it no option to enter password comes up, only the remember me goes checked and unchecked. Like basic design with a major fail. Luckily the desktop was not designed by a 5 year old and works fine. I rarely leave comments but the sheer lunacy of it deserves it. 🤦🤦
