was great, but after updates, always says "There was a delay, please try again." it worked fine before that.

the app has a nice layout. just a shame the thing never works. literally every single time I open this app to try and do anything at all it just gives me the "there was a delay" message. and what's frustrated me from the beginning of using GVEC is, why is there a separate app for the wifi if I can't pay my bill or generally use the app to do anything at all? what's the point in having the app if it never works or did anything useful?

The app is always going down without informing customers and it won't even let you login when it is down you don't exist. and there is no one to talk to customer service wise after hrs tech support doesn't even cover the app or have a site we can go to to bypass this early 2k app that seems to be run off of broadband services and sunsdown more than my grandma when she had dementia and Alzheimer's before she passed. FIX it and inform customers to they don't log out trying to fix it on there end.
