My experience at first was great. I was able to call out fairly quickly. However, in trying to cash out for a second time, it tells me I have to complete a task for my first withdrawal. It was not my first withdrawal. I did however complete not one but two of these tasks. Only to not have them officially recorded as I never did get credit for completing them. I am still trying to cash out. I quit playing. I have sent numerous emails to support without so much as a form letter in return.

Every time I try to login to the Gappx app it doesn't let me and it says "due to illegal actions" or something like that, I've never done anything wrong with the Gappx app or any other app at that, ever! I used to like this app because it would reward more compared to similar apps, but, now all of a sudden it won't let me login because of that issue and I cant withdraw with the points I have still. So beware it might say you're doing something illegal out of nowhere without warning for nothing!

I have been using your app from last one month but now my account has been blocked without any fault. It says "I am using some simulator so login with mobile phone" but I am neither using simulator nor have multiple accounts still it blocked my account. I have even mailed you for the same, looking forward for favourable action against it.
