About this app

Create custom programs.
- create and maintain a library of programs, workouts and exercises
- a default Hypertrophy Program to get you started
- specify rep ranges, intensity and instructions (as text and/or YouTube video) on how to perform an exercise

Log workout sessions.
- follow a program or perform any workout from your templates library
- when starting a new workout session, receive an overview of your previous session (notes, results etc.)
- workout session timer
- rest period timer
- progress is saved when the app closes or goes in the background
- immediate progress feedback through the workout session end screen, which shows a comparison to the previous session

Monitor your progress.
- A session calendar from where all your past workout sessions can be accessed
- Progression charts to visualize your progress over time for each exercise
- An overview page of your best results in terms of 1RM for each exercise
- Results can be filtered by program and/or time period

- supports both KG and LB
- can keep the screen 'awake' while in a workout session (configurable)
