Ratings and reviews

bad interface, lacks features in browser, and now, worst of all, it simply just hangs on the splash screen, so 100% useless. It typically is slow to load, but now does not load anything other than the logo on a white screen. I would like to have it for notifications on lots I'm watching and bidding on, but it seems to no longer work for me at all. bad timing, as I have the largest amount of lots I've concurrently ever been bidding on, and watching, with some very important pieces I'm keen for.

The app works well to keep track of lots you are bidding on or watching. You can do most of what is available on the website. The one item I cannot find but wish was there is the previous five auction selling prices. This is great to get an idea of what similar items have sold for. One advantage I like over the browser version is if the browser is closed I have to log back in. The app, even when closed, keeps me logged in for the next time I want to check the auctions.

I find the app to be very complex and not always easy to navigate. If I'm looking at an item, it's not a simple step to go to the auction that item is in. I imagine with more time it should get easier to find my way around. Heritage is a great Auction house, with absolute diversity of items available. The app is just not very intuitive, and I get frustrated when trying to move about in it...sometimes.
