I used to order from Haat frequently despite its high prices, as the quality was excellent. Unfortunately, over the years, both the service and quality have significantly declined. The customer service is terrible, and the high delivery fees remain unchanged despite the deteriorating service. It's disappointing to see a once-great service go downhill. I won't be using it again.

Usually I do not write reviews, but I logged in especially to give this impressive app its credit. Well edit app with easy accessibility to communicate with the restaurant, delivery driver and the customer service. And the customer service is amazing fast response and very helpful

The best app for food orders. Service is great, even better than famous services such as Wolt and 10bis We are proud that we have such service in our community and hope one day HAAT will be cross world service :)
