When I first start to use it was perfect . Since July 2022 it's catastrophic especially in Jerusalem. The delivery is always late, the food is cold and it's a little bit expensive than other delivery apps . There is no observation on delivery guys, it's chaos . For last, the app doesn't measure the distance correctly, and this doesn't allow me to order from places around me. Please fix these issues ASAP .

Fast delivery,so organized, very good service, a very understanding workers, active call center with respectful people. Love it. Hope you reach more and more resturants. Edit : after a while of using the app, I would like to add that, it's prices are sometimes unexplainable high.

I nearly never successfully made an order! Always tells me there is high demand and try again two hours later! Notice the high prices also!
