Could have given zero stars if that were an option. Takes ages to even sign up because OTP never arrives. The only payment options available are Card and Paytm; the latter doesn't work most of the time and we never even reach the payment page. Finally the English used in this app is incomprehensible. Who writes "Determine" instead of simply writing "ok". Overall a terrible app. I feel sorry for anyone who has no other option than to use it (like me).

Too many glitches. So many times I book a Machine pay for for the wash but the Machine doesn't receive the notification. So, money us gone but clothes still dirty. Calling their customer care is also useless. I have wasted over an hour explaining how I book a Machine 2 times and paid but it didn't work. And they just kept me on hold. Until I got frustrated enough to hang up the call. And now, this app is not opening after their new update due to some "bug".

Does the exact thing you would expect from a chinese product, it stops working in between. The app is buggy, one will face problem while signing up. Tried multiple times to get the code for signing up. It says 'otp SENDED successfully'. When I used the machine, the machine showed error. So, I contact the customer care. They asked me to wait for 10 minutes near the washing machine so that they can call you back and guide you. I am still waiting for that call (even now when you are reading this).
