it is really hard to find their locations, they don't have it on Google maps either how can a big app like them not have their locations on Google maps or even on their app beside their hot line is not helpfull at all and it is very slow in replying and it is hard to reach a representative to talk to Such a horrible experience I really hope you can work on fixing this

I'm having an issue with my Halan e-wallet. I tried to withdraw money but the transaction failed through the app, and it's not a bank-related issue I’m still waiting for a long time, even though this is your issue, not the bank's. Why is it taking so long to fix?"

the options are very nice but the bugs I face on the app are horrible since I opened the account and activated the card whenever I click on the card details it comes back with "sorry, something went wrong" I cleared the app data and cache and uninstalled and reinstalled the app again It works one time only then it provides the error message again. Kindly raise the issue with your IT team as this is massively impacting the customer's experience.
