The worst customer service. And the worst software. I called three times to set a password for my card, but neither the software nor technical support could resolve anything. I've been trying to log in for two days, entering my phone number and waiting for the verification code, but I haven't received any message. If this is how it is from the start, how can I trust them to provide the necessary support if something happens in future transactions with them?

Don't use the investment in this APP, they ask you to make a bank transfer and then they ask for a transfer number as a number while transfer references has letters and numbers but there is no way to input that After that they ask for a screenshot from the app and most banks prevent screenshots within the app as a form of security So after getting around all of that they reject the transfer for no reason, I am out of 20k and the customer support dooesn't even give me a time for the problem

There's many issues with the application and terrible errors appear for cash it and activation of credit on card! cannot reach to any of customer services! bad experience with one listed as top rated fonancial apps!
