For Android, screenshot is not allowed, which is troublesome, inconvenient, annoying and irritating. Other functions are good enough , For iPhone it's all good

Simply badly designed App, very user-UNfriendly! Just bad! I was even forced to close to App due detected "modification" of my phone on which I have done nothing. I don't even get to see the very few things that i could see through the App. The hotline said there's no problem with their app, "if the problem persists you should contact you phone supplier!". What a great answer when you have an urgent transaction to make! The worst thing is, they don't care about our feedback!!

Would have gotten a bit a higher score, but forcing your users to update the app or you can't use it anymore is always a no go. There are situations where updating is difficult and shutting out users is very annoying. In general e-banking is very complicated, inefficient and all the ads to more products too distracting that it becomes a security issue. Banking at its worst, but if you're stuck with this bank, it's better than queueing up for hours to be told we can't help you in person.
