It only allows 500 chars for review, however I can see longer reviews? Good experience overall. One issue is that the upright time is not tracked/counted when your phone's screen is locked. I could not find any good explanation why it done that way. I have other bluetooth devices where I don't have to worry about phone's screen lock. Also limited troubleshooting capabilities, no logs can be produced. On the positive side the support is set up very efficiently, directly from the app, the response

The app just keeps disconnecting from the device, if it even connects at all. Some days after a full charge, the screen just shows low device battery and the calibrate and vibrate switches don't work and the delay button completely disappears. I've gone back and forth with support and have done all of their required steps including uninstalling and rebooting. Nothing works. Reading a lot of negative reviews with the same problems. Not sure why this can't be fixed but I feel like I've wasted my money. *Update*. I still give the app 1 star because it refuses to connect or track. But I figured out you can calibrate and use the device without the app, so that's great. All I want is a gentle reminder to fix my posture, I could honestly care less about the tracking or app. I give the device 4 stars. (5 stars for a good functioning app to pair with)

App needs some major help! After my first day it's been a bit of a headache. Every time you open the app to check progress, it's frozen. Absolutely nothing is pressable and your points are not updated. It takes closing the app completely which then requires you to connect the device again which also does not connect each time!!! Arrrrrg!! A lot of other bugs as well from the delay not even showing, to the battery showing 1% when it's full battery, etc.
