Why HappyTrek exists
I built HappyTrek while going through cancer.
During treatment and recovery, the things that actually helped were simple — moving a little each day, getting outside, checking in honestly with how I was doing, and staying consistent with small things instead of overhauling everything at once.
I couldn't find an app that worked that way. Most wanted streaks, long sessions, or a level of commitment I didn't have. So I built the one I needed: something that meets you where you are on any given day.
HappyTrek isn't medical care and doesn't replace it. It's a daily companion for the ordinary work of feeling a bit better — whatever you're going through.
Wellness shouldn't feel like a full-time job. Start where you are.
