I don't know what changed, but the app will no longer allow me to log in. I had it set up to log in with fingerprint, but now it asks for username and password. And I get a "we can't access your information" error. I can log in on the website with no problems, so this is an app problem. I have uninstalled and reinstalled three times, but still the same error.

Updated: After they have finally fixed the app it's working great! I just downloaded this app today and it would not let me sign on showing an error message. I contacted technical support and they swear that they are working on the app right now diligently. Then I get on here and look at all the reviews going back to August of this year what the same issue! If your app is not working take it out of the App Store!

App does not let you link your account. You can't even get started to use the damn app. Gives you error notifications constantly, saying to try again later. Been trying to get it to work for 2 days. Sent an email about it and have received no response. Not only that, but the website itself doesnt work either. Very frustrated with this service.
