It's not a very useful app. I was told that we will be able to collect payment using credit cards from customers. So, I got the same enabled in March 2023. Till now thier welcome kit is not yet dispatched. When we call helpline they say that we need to send mail for that. Further now we tried to collect payment but customer is not able to make payment with card ... on further enquiry, I was told that there is a limit to the payment receivable, I.e. 10k or 12k only!!

The voice alert and SMS feature never works, neither on the owner's device nor the staff's device. It seems like they're just ignoring the problem because they're trying to sell their voice box.
