I'm using HDFC SmartHub Vyapar for my business, but I'm facing a few issues. One major concern is that I can't **disable specific payment modes** like **UPI or Credit Card payments**, unlike in Paytm Business where this option is available.Another issue is the lack of transparency in payment settlements. For example, if someone pays ₹1000 via credit card (with a 2% fee), I don’t see the breakdown it directly shows the settled amount without clearly showing the charges deducted.

I'm unable to use this app effectively after downloading it. The screen hangs and nothing seems to happen. it's very frustrating. I hope the concerned authority can look into this. Regards, Shane Jordan

I use this app from last 6 yrs but from couple of days I can't open this app every time it is redirecting to Google and open hdfc site. I uninstalled it and again install but problem is still going on.
