I would give it 0 stars if that was possible. very poorly written application, barely usable for a while, now completely unusable, can't find the device at all, after numerous attempts.

Device was advertised as compatible with Google Assistant. The 'rm heat' app is not compatible with Google Assistant.

It doesn't connect to floureon heating floor. Constantly field to connect when you trying to press start connection. I read thousand reviews, instructions, followed YouTube, restarts it still the same. I had a few China units before it was really tricky to set it up but advencially I did it but this one is the hardest, unlike any other ones. At the minute I out of any ideas what possible else I could do more. As it unit itself works and looks very good
