Registration system isn't working properly. It doesn’t accept a driver’s license, and there’s no fix available. I completed the process myself, so I obviously know my own identity. I believe my ID photo is being rejected because I’m wearing glasses, which is quite unreasonable. Overall, this has been a huge disappointment. Btw customer service doesn’t give a damn. Totally waste of time.

The management of this company and its app is extremely poor. Many of the cars are parked by people inside private residential parking lots that cannot be accessed. On top of that, there is no proper way in the app to report that a car is not at the indicated location or is unusable. Even when you go through a lot of trouble to inform the system that a car cannot be picked up, it is not removed from the system, so other users are misled and waste their time trying to find the same car.

Great service. Super convenient. Highly recommended.
