When it works it's decent and has great potential. However, so far it's only worked once and I've tried it during 11 appointments. Extremely unreliable, glitchy and hard to use app, not ready for clinical work. technical team is slow and can't really help - I was told to get the latest version of the app, which I already had when experiencing the problems.

Unusable and unsafe. Every dictation stalls for 30+ mins, then errors out — never produced a usable note. Support is non-existent. Once, it kept recording after I stopped and included details from another patient. That’s a serious HIPAA breach. Tried everything, including custom templates and training videos. Total failure. Do not trust this app in clinical practice. the technical support is non-existent.

Edited review after very helpful advice from the developer which resolved my issue. I love this app as it allows me to use my phone as the microphone when I cannot access the desktop mic. Sometimes can be a bit slow to load, but overall I'm very happy.
