Nice update.... part 2. Today was the 2nd time, the app updates, and now I cannot re connect to my account. The first time, I ended up reinstalling the app and having to reinstall my certificate. This took days to eventually figure out, and no one from support has responded to my inquiry to this day. When the app works I have no real complaints, but these lockouts feel like a rug at times.

This app has never fully loaded. I've attempted to set up my hotspot, and your app crashed every time I input the height or before. I've reached out to support with no help. This is frustrating as I've spent 4 hours trying to deploy my hotspot, and I can't use this app because it always crashes. This is not a good look for a newer company, I understand growing pains, but this app hasn't worked for me yet. Absolute garbage app!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'd give zero stars if it was an option.

Shane, we apologize for the issues you've experienced. Please update to latest version 1.5.2 which has fixes for crashes during onboarding.

It's always disappointing when devs break their app that was working just fine in order to force migration to newer versions. The builder app worked well before, but now basically all the features such as hotspot management have been removed to force account migration to "Helium World." This is extremely annoying, especially if you did not use an email to set up your Helium builder account. Now, you're forced to use an email address, removing the privacy that was previously possible.
