I can't even get to request for a card on my app it's keeps on saying making our app better for you, and if I call to the hello paisa people they keep saying delete the app and download again and I've done that several times and there's no change

How long does it take to fix a(no debit allowed) error,all my money is there i can't even make transactions I'm so disappointed You don't even take us serious as your customers even if you request a call no one is calling back , what's the purpose of "request a call "if you are not going to call back,i did sent my contact number, on Facebook and email still no response, you guys can access the money but i can not

best app to send money. reliable and convenient. the only thing I didn't rate it 5 star, they don't give a notification when the money is collected. even on the app it doesn't specify whether it's collected or not
