About this app

Mongle Cycle is a menstrual calendar that allows you to easily record your period dates and symptoms, and displays the expected range for your next period based on past records. You can start without signing up and record menstrual flow, pain, mood, discharge, basal body temperature, medication intake, notes, and photos by date.

Menstrual Calendar and Health Records

• Differentiates actual period records from the expected range using different icons.

• Quickly record menstrual flow, pain, mood, and symptoms on the daily screen.

• Copy previous medication records and save photos by date.

• Set up swipe-to-move between months and years, and long-press for continuous input.

Careful and Honest Cycle Prediction

• Displays the next period date as an expected range rather than a confirmed date.

• Shows the estimated fertile and ovulation range only when records are sufficient and stable.

• You can exclude unusual cycles from the prediction calculation without deleting the original data.

• Does not force results to be displayed if records are insufficient or irregular.

Widgets and Notifications

• Check the expected range for your next period and D-day on the home screen. • The estimated fertility and ovulation range is displayed in the widget only when enabled by the user.

• Due date notifications are calculated by the device, and sensitive text is hidden when App Lock is enabled.

Local Storage and App Lock

Health records are stored on this device by default and are not transmitted to the app's own servers. You can protect the app and block screen captures using a 6-digit App PIN and optional biometric authentication. The PIN is not stored in plain text or backed up.

Encrypted Backup to Google Drive or File

When the user initiates a backup, a password-protected .mongle file is created. You can directly select Google Drive or a local folder from the Android storage screen, and you can restore records and photos by selecting the files after reinstalling the app. This is not an automatic synchronization feature, and restoration is not possible if you forget the backup password.

Advertising Notice

Banner ads may be displayed at the top of the screen, but there are no interstitial ads. Optionally, viewing a rewarded ad once will hide only the top banner for 24 hours without restricting health features.

The expected period date and fertility/ovulation range are reference estimates calculated based on past records. This app is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Do not use it for contraception or to determine pregnancy. Consult a medical professional for health advice or if you experience any unusual symptoms.
