I'm coming up on 6 months alcohol free and it started with this app. I've been to drs, psychologists - name it. But here it's like minded people just wanting to help you. Former and current alcohol dependant people helping each other through experience. 100% recommend. It stopped this decades long user and it can you too, just use it often (Especially in the early days of quitting). Always see a Dr if a heavy drinker going cold Turkey. I still use it to support others. Hope to see you there. ✌

Having decided to take a break from drinking, I came back to this after 11 years or so (when it was browser based) hoping it may have changed and whilst I think the overall range of facilities has improved (Care Consultants etc) sadly I find I cannot really relate to most of the posts. I was hoping for some pragmatic and pithy, amusing commentary but after a week I find it is not much in evidence and I cannot relate to most. Lovely sentiments but I dont need them.

This is a five star idea and community that is let down by the app developers. Constant sign in's, constant password entries, constant "log out of app?" notices....I'm in no rush to return.
