I'm unable to sign into my account. contacted Henry Meds support. Told to reset my password and signed into the website, which was successful. However, the app continues to display login information as incorrect, or that I must create an account. Support says they have no documented fix for this yet, they will ask the technical team to look into the problem. For now, I would suggest not downloading this app until an update is posted after 12/9/2025. I'm on an Android platform.
