The BEST thing about this app is that it does not message or beep you every day like all the others do, so you are not constantly reminded that you have quit smoking, like we need reminding! It sits quietly on your device ready for when you want to check your progress. Good little little pairs games too to help with cravings. Been quit 11 weeks now after 35 yr habit. Tried other quit apps but this one is by far the best and does what you need which is chart your progress 😁
I never write reviews but I had to take the time to do so for this app. Its pretty incredible. Ive been an on/off smoker my whole life and this time I didnt think it was possible to quit but this app is extremely helpful. From the health information to the little games it gives you when you're having a craving. Its all pretty awesome
I'm actually using 2 apps; I like the other app because it's a one page very simple "look and see". However, this app is my favorite, you can see where you are approximately with time passed, cigs not smoked, avgerage money saved, set a reward for yourself, reason(s)to quit, and a game to get your mind off cravings. (I now play just to pass time.) I am now smoke free for 7 days and loving every minute of it. I quit cold turkey (the only way for me to stop), but the quit slowly option is good for those who want slowly quit, decrease the amount of cigs smoked and possibly find out if you're ready to actually stop. Whatever way you quit this app should help (if you help yourself) I recommend downloading this app.
This is a great app. I'm currently trying to quit and this app has helped me out these past few days. I just wish there was a feature that you could use if you slip up. My quit day was Jan 6th so all of the heath counters say I'm doing real good, but that's not counting the slip up I had yesterday. Now I feel like I'm lying to myself.
now line this Now Line This I'm a very heavy smoker and I must say this app was a huge help. I love the fact that it has the quit slowly plan which makes it very easy for having nicotine user to slowly stop smoking instead of putting it all down at once. I've been smoking for over 15 years and besides the North Carolina 1 800 Quit line this has been the only other thing that I have found to actually really help me slow way down on my smoking and begin to quit all together!
Love it. But I just started using it (trying to quit) and made it 3hours. I got my first badge and then I went tinkering with the settings and lost my progress. Is there any way to get it back?
- New Design for all the badges.
