It did work OK but a bit clunky, not intuitive to set up and there were many "hoops to jump through" - I think I needed to enter my PIN around 10 times. The app DOES appear on the apps list on the phone, however it's called "Approve" instead of "HID" so it took me a while to find it. I'm not sure of the point of it when Google authenticator could be used if the organisation allowed it - just another pointless app on my phone taking up space.

app works well... its just it will not save in you app lists even though it is installed and u need to find it via playstore. ive seen some excuse from the developer about this (need to use the scan and qr look up) but thats a faff... why cant they simply have a selection option from main list of installed app

Have used app to confirm payments until now. App now requires User ID and Key Secret. Don't have required information. Can't now access the app. What has happened??
