App doesn't work. Fix the freaking app. It's insane you can't get a basic app like this yo work for people. I have a brand new Samsung galaxy s23 ultra and your app consistently is frozen for me. Reinstalling doesn't work. Cleaning cache and data does nothing. I'm on stable fiber optic internet. It's the app that is the problem. Don't cut corners with dev work. You need to fix this ASAP you are losing money every day this goes unfixed.

Takes money, claims theres an error and ghosts you. I made a payment and the app tells me there was an error but $170 is gone from my bank and the app tells me there was an issue with my card so they wont be shipping it to me. on top of that upon making numerous efforts to reach out I'm ghosted. even calling im just put on a never ending loop of getting put on hold. they're a scam service.

The app is, for me, useless. It won't finish the consultation phase. I've tried with 3 different plans and it gets to the consultation page and the app just continues and doesn't finish. Uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. Nothing. Also, after logging in, it asks me to either sign up or log in for a consultation that NEVER happens. I JUST logged in 1 minute earlier...
