Ratings and reviews

the software is still pretty good. but since they got takeover over by Visma a couple of years ago. their support and help is terrible. for a service which is relatively expensive you get genetic AI style answers and they no longer try to help you but just reply with generic stuff to make you go away. Disappointing.

UI is great. Feature packed and very easy to use. I will be paying for the pro version when I finally get my business registration through. I had issues with connecting my bank at first (ING). It turned out to be a problem with the bank and not the app. The team at Accountable were VERY quick to respond (I even got a phone call from them, which pleasantly surprised me) and their team of technicians soon had a fix in place. Very happy with the level of service so far. Thumbs up from me!

Avoid, don't even bother. I clearly marked a purchase as reverse charged from abroad. Finanzamt still sent me the full VAT bill to be paid. Now I have to drown in paper work to do the Wiederspruch.

What’s new

Added push notifications to remind users of upcoming tax deadlines for trade tax, corporate tax, income tax, and annual tax.
The app now recognizes Belgian structured communication formats (+++XXX/XXXX/XXXXX+++) from documents like MyMinfin.
Fixed an issue where the to-do list incorrectly prompted users to submit a client listing that was already submitted.
