Those overlaying ads with timers are getting more ridiculous and annoying. Displaying ads everytime I switch back to this app is just crazy, are you punishing me for switching to other apps to check for info or replying the msgs etc? Pretty stupid!

This is apps cool but they don't have refund policy. I made a purchase of 250. I forget to pick my parcel from the locker. I was expecting a extra locker charge or somewhere I could pick up from. They returned the product to merchant without refund and telling me I cannot get the product and refund. I can clearly see they are trying to protect the merchant but what about consumer. Why does this Apps need all permission to operate LOCATION, CONTACT, NOTIFICATION, VIDEObullshit app

Used to be great, no adds make it unuseable. Pop up ad on app start. No close button. No timer. No way to get rid of it. All App controls are hidden and the ad doesn't go away. after restarting the App, restarting my phone, clearing the cache, and more for about 5 minutes, then finally just clicked the ad button. Went straight to purchase the item in the store. And everything worked again. I cancelled the purchase. This is horrible and scammy app behavior. Didn't expect it from HKTVMALL.
