it always takes a long time to load information which makes it very difficult to shop online. it is almost not usable and I have to use the desktop version. it's getting worse and worse! the loading time of the app is getting slower and slower. it is getting to a point that it is annoying to use the app with so many ads popping up. The user experience of the app has gone down drastically which is sad to see. the customer service on the app is basically useless. it only works on the desktop ver.

the app is disappointing. I just wanted to proceed with payment for the items in the shopping cart and I just cannot dismiss the ads to proceed. after adding items into the cart, the cart is still showing as empty. buying at HKTVMall is proven to be very difficult.

Never have a chance to find a product I had bought from my order receipts. Searched products with filtered enabled will not go back to the search list erroneously. Search filter cannot be retained for next searches unintelligently that makes the filter crippled. Cannot pay for selected products specifically in the cart.
