I bought some skincare in their live shows and some products had already turned bad when I opened them and they refused to refund the money because I didn't report this within the first 7 days after I received their products. Lost confidence in this company and the products they sell. Honestly, it's winter time and skincares don't turn bad in one month if they are not already bad. I may choose elsewhere to buy things.

UI/UX is unfriendly. Expect search for a product in history order list. Why don't the order list shows more details for no need to get into every single order to read the status so clumsily and annoyingly!

Why is the app becoming less and less user friendly? Now I can’t even see the total amount of my order, it is very inconvenient.
