it always takes a long time to load information which makes it very difficult to shop online. it is almost not usable and I have to use the desktop version. it's getting worse and worse! the loading time of the app is getting slower and slower. it is getting to a point that it is annoying to use the app with so many ads popping up. The user experience of the app has gone down drastically which is sad to see. the customer service on the app is basically useless. it only works on the desktop ver.

260730 Foods should show clearly the ingredients and nutritional breakdown. 230903 My Custom Lists needs ability to rearrange items order in each list and ordering of the listing. Previous prices for items I've bought should be displayed when I shop for them again. These prior bought prices should also show on My Custom Lists. Ability to set Alerts for discounts on items I want notification for.

Very bad UX. It took ages to initiate the app and load the pages and different sections. It was never smooth to shop and even worse after the update. Optimize your data loading and search function. Even worse, the ad also stops me from using the app—I felt very frustrated while browsing. The most absurd thing is that the app cannot enter the market (街市) on the app (with loading stuck all way). When I tried to shop on website, it redirected back to the app. Please re-evaluate your update.
