I'm so upset! I'm a student that's in high school barely affording to pay the app and my subscription was revoked even though I paid?? plus I have been using the app consecutively for 5 days so I don't understand what it means by use within 3 days. I'd like for my money back since my subscription was revoked even though I paid

not to offend or anything but everytime a school app upgrades it always gives problems I have been logging in and I can't practise past papers so please may someone please tell me what to do to access the materials this app was doing fine before it asked for personal details

it's a quite good app for memorizing what you've already studied
