I'm just trying to sus out how to turn off the start up tune and the annoying google voice navigation every time I try and turn off the phone. I also dont like how you have to keep swiping to go back a page, prefer the manual user function more that I had with my old device. I could store pages and get back to them quicker, also, downloads has gone, meaning another place to locate. Not good user experience really, and dual sim is hard to set up. Needed in store help with all that.

I have been using Nokia 6.1 Plus for the last 3 years. The device is fine. Just call valume is too low. I face lots of difficulties in crowded places. It's so low that you can't hear anything properly or continue the conversation. Even if you use speaker outside that won't be enough!

This app is fantastic - it appears the idiots giving bad reviews below are reviewing the phone, not the app? No hope for them lol 😆! For the phone while on topic, obviously Android can't be as good as the old Nokia Windows phones but I believe they're doing a far better job with 2nd rate OS than the likes of Samsung. Back to the app: they're not kidding when say 24/7 support, who answer in moments and are wonderful, so polite, SO helpful, and really know their stuff. Highly recommended app

What's new

The latest update to the My Device app brings a range of improvements to the user experience. The navigational menu is easier to access and the menu’s structure has been updated. The app’s Home screen is now Discover and features a cleaner design. Welcome messages will display greetings and occasional recommendations for getting the most out of the app and your Nokia device in general. Minor issues with the app startup and the Community view have been resolved.
