Sometimes, the app will betray you, making you late bcs u think that the next one wont arrive for the next 20 mins, when the next one is like 8 mins away--made me late in that regard so many times. But most of the time, the timings are accurate. The buses 901M and 962 have been impacted by the system.

Hi Phoebe, sometimes we don't receive timings for particular buses from LTA potentially due to hardware issues. We understand this must be frustrating. Can you tell us the bus number? We have already reported a few in the past. Hoping to get 5 stars from you!

very easy and convenient app to use. quick customer service and overall the best bus app for SG bus timings. very very minor differences in ETA and the actual arrival of buses. You can improve on the directions as the route will say to get off at a bus stop and walk to your destination when you could get off at the next bus stop in the same bus and walk less to your destination.

It's a decent app, but why are non-active MRT lines shown in the map? It confuses people who are actively on the go and depends on the correct info. Made my way to a station based on it, just to find out the line isn't active yet.
