When I'm doing a transaction, I always have to type the OTP code. Autofill is not working with your app. Some other banking apps can automatically paste the code without typing. Can you improve this feature? It's so annoying to always type the code manually. update : otp countdown needs to be stopped. there is no point to include 20 second countdown timer to enter the otp.

This app was worked well in history, but what the heck is now happened with this 'developer option' scenario? You know if someone's phone got stuck & need to fix it somehow technician need to install the OS again, then he can't do it with that developer option is turned off, so what do you expect from it, if that user can't turned on their mobile phone? be practical don't be same as BOC, i thought you were different, my bad š

Out of nowhere now the application is not working.. Saying it is ROOTED.. What.. It is not.. Called to call center and the call center girl was like this is my fault and said they are not supporting mobiles like VIVO, REDMI and so on.. I have OnePlus mobile. Everything is up to dated.. I asked the condition that they have enforced to not to allow my mobile. Yet they do not know.. No solution for this issue.. Easiest one is to give up on the bank as I have many other bank's accounts.

Hi, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. With the latest update, the device requires Developer Options to be turned off and the cache cleared to ensure apps run smoothly. We have informed the relevant department in order to consider same on the next update.
