Loved this app and thought this is the best and most efficient banking app I've ever used. But since the last update I've been unable to log in , error messages one after the other : 'reset password, something went wrong, encryption needed' . Contacted the call centre and they had no clue as what had to be done. They did say they would look into the matter in 3 working days but its been weeks , still unable to log in and worse still is that NO ONE ever answers 😪

After using NTB mobile banking app for few years for all my transactions the app got much frustrating to use, and this app came the very right time , it is very much easy to use and the registering was easy than i thought. I am just starting to use it so haven't yet checked out all other features. It will be more useful if we could be able to choose the bank in credit card payment ( just to confirm if the bank is included), i am using HSBC card and i am not sure if i could make the payment.

Hi, thank you very much for your feedback. yes you can make other bank credit card payments under bill payment and select credit card payment , once you enter the OTHER BANK card number our App will automatically pick the bank , please reach us on ebanking@hnb.lk for more details and support.

Excellent app. However, I have the following suggestions: 1. It is better to show quick menu one below another in the welcome screen with all available options rater than clicking on one to find out. This way, it is quick & time saving for busy people to straight away click on the button from the screen after login. 2. Beneficiary accounts added through the app does not get added to the list of accounts under online banking option using a tab or computer, and vise versa. It must syncronise bewe
