Can't sign in or sign up. In the app it says you need to re-authenticate and access Hola Barcelona with username and password, but there is no option to do this, and no option either on the website. Seems broken. To reply to the response: IT IS NOT POSSIBLE IN THE APP

User registration and/or login can be done quickly and easily from the app. There are two ways. The fastest is social login with Facebook, Google or Apple, and the second is to enter a username and password. We encourage you to try again. In addition, we are working to have a login on the web in the near future.

I over-purchased a ticket as the app was erroronous. Never got refunded, never got a reply from their so called contact section although I contacted them. My refund request went into black hole. They dont have a customer service.

We are sure that you did not pay more for a travel ticket because in the app we apply a % discount. On the other hand, in the purchase history section you can request the refund of purchases as long as you have not used the titles. And finally, in the app there is a contact section where you can send any query and we will gladly assist you.
