Sometime i feel old version was better.. at least allowed to check for time schedule of differnt routes when services are down .. this app keep showing annoying error popup due to unscheduled maintenance of services.. can you just show error in red at the top of page instead of popup.. this way user can at least use other functions..

Maybe it isn't great for new people as it can be quite tricky to learn. But as a daily user of public transport in Brussels, it has a great level of detail and allows me to plan my displacement efficiently. For now you can't buy tickets online but I have read that it will be soon implemented, that's why I give 4 stars

The app lacks the usability of the old app, therefore I switched to the old one. To be precise, even though I can still define favorite lines, the time it takes to open, load and switch to them is longer. Also, switching between the different sections (itinerary, lines, favorites,..) is not possible with swiping left/right. Also there is some loading time every time you switch to it which is longer than before and while waiting you don't see the old values. Lastly, I think that the 3D map is not that important to be at the front and top.
