Brupass (XL) tickets at your fingertips

Content of your MOBIB card
- Want to know how many journeys you have left on your MOBIB card? Connect your card to the app via NFC and you'll find out.
- Whether you have a season ticket or a ticket, you can simply reload your MOBIB card via the app. Please note that it will take at least 24 hours before your ticket or season ticket is available on your MOBIB card.

Everyone deserves to travel comfortably
- Need an escalator or lift? Use the ""Info"" tab to see in real time for each station whether all escalators and lifts are working.
- For buses and tram lines 7 and 9, the app tells you the degree to which a stop is accessible.

Extremely useful app to get around Brussels - a place where you can store and activate your tickets and cards, get information on transport lines and routes. It does, indeed, include everything you would expect for a smooth ride around the city. I've given it 4 stars out of 5 because sometimes it will have a hard time accessing the account, placing me in a situation where I could not validate the tickets I had stored in the app. That can be quite stressful when you have already got on the bus.

Very poor app compared to similar public transportation apps. Changing the time of departure in a connection search is needlessly complicated ( I couldn't find a simple "earlier" or "later" button). When activating a ticket I was presented with four options to choose from but never knew which one was right. Also it is not obvious why and in what cases you have to give the travellers names. I missed several connections and overpaid for trips because of this terrible app.

Trying to login to see "My digital tickets", the app keeps crashing. Why is it designed such a way, everyday we need to login to see Digital tickets. I haven't seen any app like STIB asking to login everyday. once logged in it should stay logged in for a very long time (until a new upgrade or after several months).
