Ratings and reviews

The app is easy to navigate and the customization is endless. A couple of the 1 star review issues can be easily fixed by calling the credit union. Under settings you can setup alerts, which I love. It is an added convenience for important items. You can link most external accounts for history and balance. No need to login elsewhere to check on a balance or see the latest activity. Bill pay is easy to setup and use. I paid my property taxes that way - saved a stamp - and saved a trip to town hall. The check deposit is even easier now. It takes the photo when it senses in frame and clear. No need to move a finger to click the camera button while trying to stay in alignment.

it was really good and then all of a sudden one day I had to type in my password I couldn't use Biometrics and then it wanted to verify it and it never sends me the code no matter what I do I called them and they told me there was nothing they could do and I should contact my provider and I'm still stuck and I can't do any online banking. needs work and customer support needs a little work as well

You have my debt noted in $17,000.00 plus more than it should be. I "DO NOT" have a car loan with HRCU!!!! Shows last update May 1, 2025....NOTE: I was a co-signer for my son. you took the debt ratio off his upon full payment of truck and added it as an "open" account debt on my account. It has been like this for a year!!!! please update my debt to income ratio. Take this car loan balance off.
