If you need a stable job and income, this is not the app for you. clients cancel constantly at the last minute and homeaglows cancellation and lock out policies are so ridiculous you never get reimbursement for it. So basically you accept a job, client locks you in and then cancels right before you have to be there and you don't have time to pick up another job so it's basically a guaranteed waste of time that you can't get back. if you're lucky enough to keep an occasional client it turns outok

This is the "business" is a con game for people use it to get clients and the clients as well. People sign up for a one time , cleaning and end up getting charged afterwards Because of the small print. They will suggest the average housekeepers rate in your area Which is wildly inaccurate. my rate is 25$ hourly. when you look at my profile it says I charge 55$ they pocket that money for ny hard work. not to mention on a first time clean they take 5$ hourly from me for advertising fee!

Before you create an account, this is what I researched While Homeaglow is a legal business, it is widely considered predatory due to aggressive hidden fees. Their cheap introductory cleanings automatically lock you into a mandatory six-month subscription with steep cancellation penalties. Because the platform relies on unhelpful automated support and frequently frustrates both clients and independent contractors, it is generally much safer to avoid the app entirely

Hi, Mckayla! The membership plan and fees are shown before you book, and support can help with any cancellation at support@homeaglow.com. Note this app is built for cleaners — a customer app is on the way. In the meantime you can manage bookings anytime at app.homeaglow.com.
