homeaglow is very unprofessional!I have worked there a month with very few clients following through with there appointments as if they weren't real! They scam you on payments and the way there system is set up when processing a lock out you can't submit it so they don't have to pay you. when I went back to find out if I was still getting paid 3 days later they said I had to take pictures of being there. the lockout process has certin criteria that needs to be followed.they won't do there part

If you need a stable job and income, this is not the app for you. clients cancel constantly at the last minute and homeaglows cancellation and lock out policies are so ridiculous you never get reimbursement for it. So basically you accept a job, client locks you in and then cancels right before you have to be there and you don't have time to pick up another job so it's basically a guaranteed waste of time that you can't get back. if you're lucky enough to keep an occasional client it turns outok

I tried to create an account as a cleaner but once I completed it and tried to sign in it wouldn't let me. I tried reaching out to support but they don't have a phone number or customer support to actually talk to and they just keep emailing/texting me a link that takes me to the service page. So, I have an account but can't access it properly and there is no support to help with the issue.
