the app is not functioning! you can't request service. it doesn't show any account or payment history. when trying to schedule service, it doesn't move to the next page to confirm if you're request has gone through. it does the same when you fill out the"contact us" form. I have updated the app and still nothing. needs fixing or removed.

Worked perfectly well...at first. I had this app through two different phones, OnePlus 8 and Samsung S22. They worked perfectly fine. I now have a OnePlus 12 and whenever I open the app, the logo appears with a white background for a few seconds then closes. I've uninstalled/reinstalled multipled times, cleared cache/data, still nothing fixes it. Please fix the app so I don't have to call for a retreat every time.

Really wish we had more options. It's not loading on my phone. I don't feel comfortable giving my credit card information to some sales guy who may or may not work there over the phone (his cell number). Seems so sketchy. Wish there was a better company we could go with to service our new home. May just give up using this pest system and go with a big name I trust that has a working app.
