It is used strictly to detect when a blocked app is brought to the foreground, so the app lock and screen time timer can be enforced. The "Display over other apps" permission draws the lock screen itself.

HonorFit Blocker does NOT use an Accessibility Service. It cannot read your screen content, monitor keystrokes, access private data, or transmit any usage information.
