Ratings and reviews

The device itself is great and was super easy to set up. But after that, the app completely failed on me. Every time I try to log in, I get a REQUEST FAILED error, which means I can’t change sounds or update any settings at all. Since the device can’t be used without the app, and you must log in, that’s a huge problem. The FAQ link is broken and the user manual and user guide are the same link, which also doesn’t work. The hardware is solid, but the app and support side are a mess right now.

Revised my review as I had a defective sound machine as well as technical problems when I first got this. Once I exchanged my machine it is working just fine. I like the variety of sounds, especially the ability to customize online. Would rather download customized sounds than switch to bluetooth because you cannot easily toggle between online and what is already pre-programmed in the machine.

I really like the app and my Omini. The app sounds were the reason I bought this sound machine. It is not intuitive how to hook up the speaker with the app, so watch the video first. I wish I could add my own favorites to the sound mixes. Also can't figure out how to delete anything from my favorites yet. Overall, very good so far.
