3rd night having this app and every night I have had to go through reconfiguring the Bluetooth connection to connect the app to the device. It's time consuming and cumbersome. If this doesn't change soon, I'll have to return it. *I have many other devices that connect through Bluetooth/wifi and have no issues-it's this app with this device.

I specifically bought this HotMoon device on Amazon because it has green noise. green noise is a very hard thing to come by on these little devices unless you want to pay like $100 or more and I didn't and I was pleasantly surprised to find two types of green noise on this device app. plus there are so many nice options for nature sounds, chakras too and thats all via Bluetooth thru the app. if you don't wanna bother with that, you can just tap on your HotMoon device, for colors & sounds too! ☆

The device itself is great and was super easy to set up. But after that, the app completely failed on me. Every time I try to log in, I get a REQUEST FAILED error, which means I can’t change sounds or update any settings at all. Since the device can’t be used without the app, and you must log in, that’s a huge problem. The FAQ link is broken and the user manual and user guide are the same link, which also doesn’t work. The hardware is solid, but the app and support side are a mess right now.
