Ratings and reviews

I have struggled several times, trying to order from the app and the website. I lost over $100 in hot cash during the last spending time frame by not being able to place orders. I am now losing out on 40% off my order, again by not being able to place an order. It's so frustrating. Every time I get to review my order, nothing happens. And I tried customer service and they wanted me to call in my order. Tried that.. was on the phone forever, just waiting. Again so frustrating!

I was trying to by almost $300 dollars worth of stuff during the sale they had yesterday. It would let me buy it, I tried for 12 hours, on and off, I lowered the amount of stuff i had in my cart thinking it was too much for it. That still didn't work, I tried reaching out to support but without an order number I couldn't even send my concern to anyone. Unfortunately by time I found a number the hours for support were already over, so now I think I'm done with store, I used to love them.

So I guess they no longer honor pre orders! 2 pre orders in a row they cancelled saying sold out. How is that possible when I ordered 4 months ago! Called after happened 1st time, assured me 2nd pre order I would get. Guess what, just got email saying it was cancelled, reached out to them and they said they could do nothing! What a joke, I'm done! Will be returning most recent order as soon as it gets here, ugh!! 23 years shopping there, but no more!
