Almost always a good experience when I'm there. Only had 2 issues -of getting the wrong product- that was most likely miscommunication on my end. I'm there at least twice a week and they've gotten to the point where I usually go with 2 others and if they're not worth me they ask where they're at because they always see us together. Always great customer service and can always find just what I'm looking for.

All of the employees are amazing, great team. I order frequently for delivery l and Riley (spelled wrong) is great. I can't recall the other delivery person's name, but he was great too. All of my orders have been accurate. I ordered one time where there was an error on a couple products. Riley called me to explain and helped figure out a different option. I am very happy with the House of Dank (Saginaw specifically), and will not go anywhere else.
