The package took about 25 days to arrive. Unfortunately, the company responsible for delivering it to me didn't contact me and the status in the app is misleading. It arrived on April 5th, but it's unclear. So until I didn't go through several days of obstacles trying to reach out to PAC, there was no movement. I ended up receiving it on April 23rd, which is a pretty long delay.

Very poor customer service and misleading logistics updates. My order was delayed over 30 days. I received multiple conflicting explanations such as “shipped”, “resent”, “check with PDU”, and “please wait”, but no proof of delivery was ever provided. Even the local logistics partner confirmed they had no clear update. Despite having a delayed delivery refund policy, the seller kept delaying instead of processing the refund. I do NOT recommend this app if you value transparency, timely delivery
