Very poor customer service and misleading logistics updates. My order was delayed over 30 days. I received multiple conflicting explanations such as “shipped”, “resent”, “check with PDU”, and “please wait”, but no proof of delivery was ever provided. Even the local logistics partner confirmed they had no clear update. Despite having a delayed delivery refund policy, the seller kept delaying instead of processing the refund. I do NOT recommend this app if you value transparency, timely delivery

hua pan service is very poor even though sometimes they deduct the money without delivery asking the customer service they don't know. if you're lucky then maybe you can have contact with the customer service

Receive item in good condition but for one item it came not as described and when trying to tell them worst part there is no refund button or customer service does not respond
