I wrote my review but you erased it. I'm contacting BBB in Florida against HSN and Joy and Iman for fraudulent advertising the City Girl Satchel. It is NOT genuine leather, it is bonded leather which is puckering. The outside zipper is showing the white part of zipper. I'm contacting my credit card company to get my 218.00 back. I wasn't told this item had to be returned in 30 days. They where birthday gifts. Your company and this product sucks. You can't make money if you don't have customers. How about that? I rate this 2.0.
Problem that I never had before All of a sudden, when I click on any item, the information doesn't load. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing the app several times, but nothing changes. Up until this week, I really enjoyed this app. Now, it's useless.👎Just as an aside, I'm NOT having this problem with the same app on my kindle fire.
Horrible since last update This was a great app...since the last update you can't even click on any item and get them to show up so you can see sizes or details. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it...still not working right. I'll be uninstalling for good this time.
Pathetic I see this problem has been going on for a while. I reinstalled several times too but didn't do any good. This should never happen with a company such as yours.
Can't order with this app. It says no payment method entered and I also have hsn card. Its useless and no one will fix it It's useless can't order. It says no pay method entered. Which they have to on file so I end up calling so what's the point
Defective app Again some idiot is put in charge of writing another app that does not work properly and the company that the app us for refuses to hire competent people to fix it or to write a new app that will work. HSN is literally losing money because people are not able to make purchases or to even look at an item to get information about it.
