The app will not let you use a VPN. It's also buggy and won't open easily. It keeps closing as soon as I try to open it. This app continues to be buggy every time I try to see the notification that something on my favorite list is about to sell out the app asked me to sign in again I can't access any of my favorites it does the same thing I click on my saved items and it's asked me to sign in I do and then it takes me right back to sign in again please fix this. 🙃

I really like this because you don't have to sit through the long descriptions, demonstrations and ads for other products. That's why I like it, because you can see how the product works, look at descriptions and see other products that are related or coming up next. One downfall is that by not watching it on live tv, sometimes the quantity of the item has depleted before you can get to the checkout. Oh, and sometimes the checkout is frustrating.

I've used the app for years to make purchases. I always used to complain how many times it would have me sign in vs the QVC app, but at least it would let me sign in. Lately, I can't sign in at all, and I know my password is correct. In fact, the only way I've been able to successfully sign in (even on the website) is by changing my password. I've had to change it every time I either want to see my account or place an order. It's really frustrating.
