Awful "Improvement". Having to use biometrics or pw just to check order status or place an order is ridiculous. What makes it even more frustrating is that when using Biometrics, the system responds that the authentication was successful but the fingerprint authenticator continues to pop up. Then you are forced to enter your password and even though it's correct, the system says it is not. You can not track your package anymore. The app says there's an error & USPS doesn't recognize the number.

I'm not a fan of this app, like another reviewer stated, it won't let me sign in most of the time. I've had an account with HSN for many years and so far I can still sign in to the website just fine. The only reason I installed and used this app was for a coupon only good on the app. It's almost not worth it even for a discount. I've only successfully signed in a couple of times, even when I get a code or change password, what a pain!

Longtime HSN customer. App has become virtually useless for anything other than looking up items. As others reported login doesn't work even with correct pw. Had this problem before it forced you to use biometrics. Can't look up, favorites or do anything account related including making purchases. Have to use the website instead. No longer have a reason to keep the app on my phone.
