Coupon does not work in app. When you place your order and apply the code, it shows the code has been applied. When you finalize the order, the discount is missing. This has been happening all year long. Each time I call customer service to fix, they act like this is a new issue. They say that they will submit it to IT. It still isn't working. Today, CS said its basically my problem. Wow!!

I really like this because you don't have to sit through the long descriptions, demonstrations and ads for other products. That's why I like it, because you can see how the product works, look at descriptions and see other products that are related or coming up next. One downfall is that by not watching it on live tv, sometimes the quantity of the item has depleted before you can get to the checkout. Oh, and sometimes the checkout is frustrating.

I've used the app for years to make purchases. I always used to complain how many times it would have me sign in vs the QVC app, but at least it would let me sign in. Lately, I can't sign in at all, and I know my password is correct. In fact, the only way I've been able to successfully sign in (even on the website) is by changing my password. I've had to change it every time I either want to see my account or place an order. It's really frustrating.
